Refund policy

We are a small business and currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

There are NO exceptions to this policy.


Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order being submitted.

To cancel an order, please email hello@myathomeadventures.com with the subject "Order Cancellation [Order #]" at your earliest convenience within 24 hours of submitting your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@myathomeadventures.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our Adventure Boxes include an inventory to ensure you have everything you need to complete the adventure. If you are missing an item, please contact us at hello@myathomeadventures.com and we will rush order the missing parts (and only the missing parts), at our expense.

Our small team conducts a quality check of every Adventure Box, including imaging, but mistakes may happen. We greatly appreciate your flexibility and patience if this event does occur.

 

Refunds Available for Cancelled Orders Only
We will notify you once we’ve received your email request for cancellation to confirm receipt.

Please remember that cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order being submitted.

If cancelled within 24 hours of order being submitted, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@myathomeadventures.com.
